AI Agents Bootcamp: Solve Business Problems with AI Agents and Automation
Learn to build AI agents and AI automation that solve real business problems, mentored by ex-AWS AI engineer and Alexa PM.

Hosted by John Hwang
Founder, Enterprise AI Trends | Ex-AWS AI, Alexa PM | Stanford CS
Learn to build AI agents and automations that solve real business problems
AI Agents Bootcamp is a five-week, high-accountability program that helps you confidently identify, validate, and prototype AI solutions that solve real business problems—whether that's through multi-step agents, intelligent automation, or a hybrid of both.
AI is moving fast—but so are the opportunities. The time to build AI agents is now: companies of all sizes are initiating AI agent programs in 2025.
This isn't yet another cohort class that promises to "break you into AI". We will be doing hands-on work to teach you how to ideate, scope, and prototype AI solutions.
In addition to lectures, we will build together 2 solutions, one focused on agentic AI, and one on business automation ($3000 value). You will get access to over extra 8 hours of group coaching ($2,000+ value) that you can work on your own capstone project with my mentorship.
By the end of this course, you'll be able to:
- ✓
Confidently identify and validate AI opportunities
that are feasible, defensible, and actually worth doing
- ✓
Design agentic systems and automations
that solve real business problems—and know when to use which
- ✓
Prototype quickly and credibly
with the clarity to explain what you built, why it works, and how it delivers ROI
Why this course was created
Thanks to agentic AI and automation, we can now build intelligent systems that reason, take action, and drive measurable business impact.
But most builders, consultants, product managers, and operators are stuck.
Why?
First, many lack a clear framework for spotting and qualifying high-value opportunities for implementing AI agents and automations. They either chase the latest shiny tool or sit paralyzed, unsure what's worth building. Or, they're overloaded with noise and lack a way to filter signal from hype. Without a clear approach, everything feels like a guess—and nothing moves forward.
Or, even when they do decide on an idea, they are often stuck at architecting the solution. They're unclear on what today's AI can reliably do, what's still flaky, and how to connect the dots between models, tools, and workflows. The result? Either overengineered tech demos that never launch, or vague ideas that stall out in meetings.
This course is designed to close that gap—by giving you the strategic lens and the technical confidence to move from "AI sounds cool" to "Here's what we should build, why it matters, and how it'll work."
You'll learn:
- •
How to spot and qualify AI agent and automation opportunities in different domains, with explanations of proven implementations.
- •
When to use agentic architectures vs. automations—and how to design the right solution
- •
How to rapidly prototype AI agent and automation solutions that demonstrate value and de-risk execution
- •
How to calculate and communicate ROI, risk, and feasibility to clients, execs, or partners
You'll also get:
- •
Two live build-alongs: one focused on agentic AI, one on business automation
- •
Frameworks and templates for opportunity validation and solution architecture
- •
Reusable code, prompts, and scaffolds to speed up your own builds
- •
A capstone project you can pitch, launch, or scale post-bootcamp
- •
Weekly live lectures, group coaching, and direct feedback from me throughout
